ヒルシュスプルング病類縁疾患診療ガイドラインについて
難治性疾患等政策研究事業「小児期からの希少難治性消化管疾患の移行期を包含するガイドラインの確立に関する研究」におきまして、ヒルシュスプルング病類縁疾患診療ガイドラインを作成いたしました。
ヒルシュスプルング病類縁疾患には、難病に指定された3疾患（腸管神経節細胞僅少症（Isolated Hypoganglionosis）、巨大膀胱短小結腸腸管蠕動不全症（MMIHS）、慢性特発性偽性腸閉塞症（CIIP））が含まれています。これらの疾患は希少であるが故に各施設での症例数が少なく、これまで統一した診療指診は示されておりませんでした。今回、研究班として診療に一定の見解を提示させていただいております。
